    • Attempting to access unauthorized areas or disrupt the Service’s functionality.

    • Using the chatbot for spam, automated messaging, or unsolicited communications.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Data Collection and Privacy

  • Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, process, and protect your data.

  • We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

  • By using the Service, you consent to our data practices outlined in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Hivemind and its associated content, including trademarks, logos, software, and AI-generated outputs, are owned by or licensed to us.

6. Slack Integration and Third-Party Services

  • Hivemind operates within Slack, which is subject to Slack’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

  • Your interactions with third-party services linked through the chatbot are at your own risk.

7. Service Availability and Modifications

  • We strive to maintain uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime.

  • We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from service modifications or downtimes.

8. Termination

  • You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the application from your Slack workspace.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if continued use poses security or legal risks.

  • Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases, but relevant provisions of these Terms (such as intellectual property and liability limitations) shall survive.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

  • The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of responses generated by the chatbot.

  • We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or liability resulting from:

    • Errors or omissions in chatbot responses.

    • Security breaches beyond our reasonable control.

    • Misuse of the Service by users.

  • Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for the Service within the past 12 months.

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hivemind, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
